Acrobet (acrobet.ws) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Acrobet and its users. By using the platform, registering, or accessing any of our services, you fully agree to these Terms.

Each member may hold one account only.

No individual may operate more than one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be suspended and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Account information must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• If a KYC verification request is made, the required documents must be submitted within 7 business days.

To participate on the Acrobet platform, members must be at least 18 Years of Age This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Age verification is carried out during registration, and a national ID or birth certificate may be requested if required.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Acrobet:

• Citizens of countries where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Employees, contractors, or close relatives of Acrobet.
• Users whose accounts were previously terminated due to a breach of terms.
• Users who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals of large amounts (over ৳1,00,000) may require additional verification.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by the member's VIP tier.

The following general rules apply to all betting on Acrobet. Detailed rules for each sports market are available on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Acrobet offers a cash-out option.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins will be settled at the odds fixed at the time of placement.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Acrobet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, payments will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

Single & Multi Bets

Acrobet supports both single bets and accumulator (parlay) bets combining multiple events. With accumulator bets, all selections must be correct to win — one wrong pick and the entire bet is lost.

Acrobet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (typically 10x–30x) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Acrobet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of other members, or proxy betting.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

• Please include all relevant information and supporting evidence with your complaint.
• The account in question may remain suspended throughout the duration of the investigation.

Acrobet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.
